Celebrating almost 16 years of practice in Central Arkansas!
Thank you for taking the time to visit my site! I have been so blessed over the years to build a long-standing clientele with a robust referral network. Although I currently (September 2016) do not accept new clients, it’s so important to educate and inform others about bodywork. There are several therapists that I refer potential clients to depending upon your preferences and the services you are looking for. Although clinical time may not be available, I still love teaching and offering CE coursework. Just stayed tuned for announcements here, on FaceBook, or on Twitter regarding my individual session scheduling.
Although my specialty is in foot and hand Reflexology, I still do more traditional Swedish and lymphatic massage therapy. Many clients enjoy blending the modalities together in a single session, especially if they have never had Reflexology. All sessions are customized for each individual client and are focused upon a relaxation model of work.
I want to personally express a special thank you to everyone who has provided support over the years. I sincerely appreciate each and every client here in Central Arkansas as well as the referrals you have entrusted me to serve. What a sincere blessing to be doing what a love and making a living doing so! You guys are the BEST!
Your personal physical, mental, psychological, emotional, and spiritual health are important. Are you feeling out of balance? Do you suffer from a challenging dis-ease of mind, body, or spirit? Stressful times pulling at you from all directions? Consider investing your time, energy, and financial resources in to body work as a gift to yourself!
I specialize in the ancient artist science of Reflexology. It is a protocol of manual techniques such as thumb and finger-walking, hook and backup, and rotating on a point applied to specific reflex areas predominantly on the feet and hands. These techniques stimulate the complex neural pathways linking body systems, supporting the body’s efforts to function optimally. The effectiveness of reflexology is recognized worldwide by various national health institutions and the public at large as a distinct complementary practice within the health services field. Typically, my work is focused upon helping to promote an overall sense of relaxation while working to increase circulation, balancing of internal system functioning, reducing pain, and increasing awareness physically, mentally, spiritually, and/or energetically.
My clinic was established in December of 2000 to serve clients of all ages, levels of health, and various stages of life! My goals are: 1.) to offer clients personalized, customized, quality bodywork in a professional and ethical environment and 2.) to offer superior continuing educational opportunities to those wishing to gain knowledge and improve skills.
