| Description |
Participants will obtain the fundamentals of Foot Reflexology from the definition, history, use, and indications to hands-on techniques illustrated in this dynamic session. Techniques will include the approach, "relaxers," spinal points, and various endocrine system reflex points. Participants will give and receive work. This is a required class IF you intend to participate in the Foot Reflexology Certification program.
